Training Courses:الدورات التدريبية
• Post doctor training course (Nov.1993- May1994) in the laboratory of infectious diseases(Cattedra Di Clinica Delle Malattie Infettive) University of Rome –Tor Vergata , in the field of HIV isolation, drug susceptibility , diagnosis and neutralization tests for HIV.

• -Short course in CLINICAL VIROLOGY: EPIDEMIOLOGY, DIAGNOSIS, MANAGEMENT with Special Emphasis on Herpes Viruses and HIV. (June 1995) under the frame work of The Italian-Egyptian Cooperation Project.

• Short training course (Nov.and Dec. 1997) in the laboratory of infectious diseases(Cattedra Di Clinica Delle Malattie Infettive) University of Rome –Tor Vergata , in the field of Studying HHV-8 infection in human and the correlation between this infection and the emergence of Kaposi`s sarcoma. The Western- blot analysis of HHV-8 antigenic preparations for the study of specific antibody response to different viral proteins.

• Attending the technical course on (Cell cultures and Cell Immunology Techniques) which was held in the MRI under the frame work of The Italian-Egyptian Cooperation Project.(Jan.1998)

• Attending a workshop in the laboratory of clinical Infectious Disease of Tor Vergata University - Rome during the period from March 21 to April 2003 , sharing experience in PCR, genotypic analysis of HIV, immunofluorescence and tissue cultures
