Course
on
Health Governance
The Health Governance Unit of the Medical Research Institute (HGU-MRI) is organizing a 22 weeks course on Health governance with the aim of improving the quality of health care in Alexandria Governorate through the provision of knowledge, skills to qualified professionals operating in the health sector. The course will be offered to 12 participants. The HGU MRI is composed by a multidisciplinary team and was established in 2011 through a collaborative project with the Italian National Institute and is supported by the Italian Egyptian Debt for Development.
DATES AND DURATION:
- Starts on 4th January, 2014
- Three days per week for 22 weeks from 10 am to 12 pm

- Researchers in Social Science, Law and Political Science, Statistics, Economics working/oriented to health related areas.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- University Degree
- Good knowledge of English language
- Computer Skills
SELECTION OF CANDIDATES
- Application will be evaluated by the Governance Unit Education Committee
- Selected candidates will be interviewed and administered a written test
