Aim of the workshop:
This workshop aims to introduce
Scientists and Clinicians to molecular isolation and characterization of
proteins and their relevant basic molecular techniques (Western and dot blot
techniques). Candidates will be introduced to more advanced techniques such as
band shift and transfection assays to investigate DNA-protein interactions and
transcript-xional regulation.
