BASICS AND PRINCIPLES OF HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography) IN BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS
Period
2008. 11. 18. ~ 2008. 11. 20.
Aim of Course
The aim of
this course is to give a good introduction to HPLC and its principles of
operation. This is aimed at reducing analytical problems in laboratories and
also reducing troubleshooting time for laboratory personnel. The course will
also give a brief overview of various method developments in biochemical
analysis and quality control work. This will help personnel and laboratories
staff to develop skills and have better understanding of HPLC and method
developments. At the end of the course, the participants are expected to have a
better understanding of the principles of HPLC and method developments for
various analytical techniques.
Who should attend?
All
laboratory personnel dealing with analysis, analytical services, clinical and
chemical pathology laboratories personnel and pharmaceutical laboratories
personnel.
